WHY BATHE IN CLAY?

A major channel of elimination is through the sweat glands, the pores of the skin. Immersing oneself fully in a warm clay bath relaxes muscles and opens the pores of the skin, allowing clay to absorb impurities or pollutants via the skin.

Preparing for a clay bath>>  

Our Bentonite and Zeolite products are excellent for baths and very easy to prepare. As a guide an adult will use 1-2 cups of Bentonite or Zeolite per bath. 

1 cup = 200 grams approx. so there's about 5 cups per kilo.
